Fitness Together

A Way of Life

Do you ever wonder how you could possibly find time to fit in an exercise classes for yourself when you are so busy taking your kids to their activities.  Well how about exercising with them instead?!  We are always so busy doing our own things, wouldn’t it be refreshing to be able to do something together that has physical benefits and is fun?

If you are nodding your head yes, then TaeKwon Do might just be your thing. TaeKwon Do is a sport that anyone, regardless of age, can participate in.  The whole family can do it together.  It is a martial art that means “foot-hand-way of life”. It is the “way of life” part that I think your gonna like.  It spills over from the training area into everyday life.  Hopefully you will find yourself with kids after class that have more self confidence, more self esteem and more respect for themselves and those around them.

If you have never seen this sport in action, why not check out the free TaeKwon Do K.I.C.K.S Demo Day on June 9 in Middlebury. 3rd Degree Blackbelt Instructor Kellie Danyow will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
