Child's Pose

Yoga is an ancient science and philosophy that has been practiced for thousands of years. Kids can get into that right? Not likely but what they can get into is downward dog, warrior pose and sticky mats (why is everything they touch sticky?).  Yoga is a form of exercise that can be enjoyed by children starting as young 6 months old.

Evolution Yoga is a great place to begin practicing yoga. It is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Burlington, just off of St. Paul Street. They offer kids classes, mommy and me classes, and more. By taking classes or workshops there, parents have a chance to bond with their babies, tap into their toddler’s imagination and help their children find tools to focus and find confidence.
